Functieomschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste, commerciële en gemotiveerde makelaar. Als makelaar bij Makelaardij Friesland begeleid en adviseer je klanten bij de aan- en verkoop van woningen. Je bent commercieel ingesteld, hebt oog voor detail en weet op een professionele en persoonlijke manier duurzame klantrelaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden. Daarnaast ken je de Friese woningmarkt en weet je wat er speelt in de regio. Bij ons krijg je veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid, flexibiliteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je werkt binnen een ervaren en professioneel team, maar krijgt ook de vrijheid om je eigen netwerk verder uit te bouwen en kansen in de markt te benutten. Over Makelaardij Friesland Al sinds de jaren '80 zijn wij dé Friese makelaar. Destijds begonnen we als onderdeel van de Friesland Bank. Inmiddels beschikken we over ruim veertig jaar ervaring, uitstekende marktkennis en een groot netwerk in de hele provincie. Met kantoren in Drachten, Heerenveen, Leeuwarden en Sneek zijn wij stevig geworteld in Friesland. Onze provincie lijkt misschien klein, maar wij weten als geen ander dat er een wereld van verschil zit tussen Wâldpiken, Bilkerts en Stedsjers.
