Voor de voorbereiding van dit unieke evenement zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en creatieve stagiair(e) Marketing & Communicatie, die vanaf september 2025 gedurende 6 maanden beschikbaar is. Wat ga je doen? Als stagiair(e) werk je mee aan de uitvoering van onze marketingstrategie. Je denkt mee over promotiecampagnes en bent een belangrijk creatief brein achter onze social content. Geen dag is hetzelfde - van het schrijven van persberichten tot het bedenken van TikToks. - Jouw werkzaamheden: - Schrijven en redigeren van nieuws- en persberichten - Contact onderhouden met media en influencers in de paardensportwereld - Analyseren van resultaten en opstellen van rapportages - Creëren van content voor social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) - Beheren van interactie met volgers op social media - Schrijven van teksten voor de website, uitnodigingen en bezoekersinformatie - Meewerken aan de voorbereiding en uitvoering van het evenement - Ondersteunen bij persaccreditatie en mediabegeleiding tijdens het evenement - Assisteren bij sponsor- en partneractivaties - Helpen bij logistieke en communicatieve taken in de eventweek - Vormgeven van de plattegrond voor exposanten Wat breng jij mee? - Affiniteit met evenementen, social media en marketing - Ervaring met tools zoals Canva (of snel lerend) - Interesse in of ervaring met AI-tools voor contentcreatie en marketingoptimalisatie - Stressbestendigheid en een positieve houding in een dynamische omgeving - Flexibiliteit: ook inzetbaar in het weekend of buiten kantooruren rondom het evenement - Een proactieve, hands-on werkhouding - Communicatief sterk en in staat met verschillende doelgroepen te schakelen (pers, sponsoren, bezoekers) - Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, ook onder druk - Affiniteit met paardensport en/of ervaring in de evenementenwereld is een pré - Bereidheid om deels vanuit huis te werken Wat bieden wij jou? - Een uitdagende en leerzame stageplek in een inspirerend...
