Jouw rol Als Support Engineer bij Axenia ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat hun digitale werkplekken optimaal functioneren. Je werkt zowel op ons kantoor in Amersfoort als op locatie bij klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de optimalisatie van werkplekken en Microsoft 365-omgevingen. Daarnaast los je technische vraagstukken op en geef je advies over het verbeteren van ICT-processen.
