The posting

Flexibele melker De Maargies Hoeve is een veelzijdig familiebedrijf in Kallenkote, in de kop van Overijssel. Naast onze zorgboerderij, horeca en boerderijwinkel, hebben we een actief melkveebedrijf met zo'n 400 melkkoeien. Voor ons agrarische team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste flexibele melker. Wat ga je doen? De nadruk van deze functie ligt op het melken van onze koeien. We melken drie keer per dag, namelijk om 5:00, 13:00 en 20:00 uur. In overleg kijken we welke melkbeurten en hoeveel uren goed bij jou passen. Het aantal uren en welke momenten is dan ook in overleg. Wel zal de nadruk liggen op uren in de avond en horen ook de weekenden erbij. Vind je het leuk om meer te doen dan alleen melken? Dan is het eventueel mogelijk om in overleg de functie uit te breiden met andere werkzaamheden op het melkveebedrijf. De nadruk blijft echter liggen op het melken. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken iemand die: - graag met koeien werkt en affiniteit heeft met de melkveehouderij - zelfstandig en zorgvuldig kan werken; - betrouwbaar is en afspraken nakomt; - flexibel inzetbaar is voor één of meerdere melkbeurten per week; ervaring met melken heeft óf gemotiveerd is om dit te leren.
