Voor onze vakgroep fysiotherapie bij Accolade Zorg zoeken we per december een enthousiaste vervanger voor een zwangerschapsverlof van 6 maanden. Bosch en Duin Wat ga je doen?,, Wat breng je mee?,, Het team behandeldienst, Welke mogelijkheden bieden wij jou? 16-32 uur 4 tot 10 jaar Waarnemen Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie onderzoek, behandel en begeleid je cliënten, met als doel het onderhouden en verbeteren van hun mobiliteit en dagelijks functioneren. Je bent actief betrokken bij de houding en beweging van de cliënt in wiens leefomgeving je werkt en adviseert de zorg over het gebruik van hulpmiddelen en fysieke belasting. In samenwerking met de specialist ouderengeneeskunde stel je een behandelplan op. Je werkt zowel intramuraal (met name voor de doelgroepen psychogeriatrie/PG, NAH en somatiek) als in de eerste lijn (bij cliënten thuis en op de locatie). Hierbij werk je nauw multidisciplinair samen met artsen, psychologen, ergotherapeuten, logopedisten, diëtisten en de medewerkers van het zorgteam. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Fysiotherapie en registratie in het kwaliteitsregister (KNGF/Keurmerk); - Beschikbaarheid per december voor 6 maanden; - Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een flexibele en creatieve instelling met het vermogen om goed zelfstandig te werken; - Een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) is vereist bij indiensttreding.
