Helpende plus thuiszorg (16 uur per week) Ben jij een enthousiaste helpende plus en ben je op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in de thuiszorg? Draag je graag bij aan de cliëntgerichte zorg in Gilze? KLEINSCHALIGHEID IS ONZE KRACHT! Zorgcentrum St. Franciscus ligt in het centrum van Gilze en biedt een breed pakket aan zorgdiensten. Er zijn aparte teams voor kleinschalig wonen, individueel wonen, thuiszorg, dagverzorging en de nachtdienst. Verder hebben een eigen huishoudelijke dienst, een eigen productiekeuken en ons restaurant "De Vertoeverij", waar bewoners dagelijks kunnen genieten van een lekkere maaltijd of een drankje. Er werken ongeveer 160 medewerkers bij ons, maar de lijntjes zijn kort, we weten van elkaar wat er speelt en we kunnen dus snel schakelen. Eigen regie, autonomie en ontwikkeling, zowel voor onze bewoners als onze medewerkers, hebben we hoog in het vaandel staan. WAT GA JE DOEN? Je verleent ADL- en huishoudelijke zorg aan onze cliënten in de wijk en daarbij draag je zorg voor de totstandkoming, uitvoering en coördinatie van het zorgplan rondom onze cliënten. Je verstrekt medicijnen conform het daarvoor geldende protocol. Je levert hierdoor een belangrijke bijdrage aan het zo lang mogelijk thuis wonen van de cliënt in zijn vertrouwde omgeving én met eigen regie. De knelpunten die je signaleert in het zorgproces rapporteer je natuurlijk ook, zodat we deze samen kunnen verbeteren. WAT BIEDEN WIJ JOU?
