Ons kantoor kent een algemene praktijk met de nadruk op het onroerend goed en personen- & familierecht. Op dit moment werken wij in een team met 3 notarissen, 1 toegevoegd notaris, 2 kandidaat-notarissen 5 notarieel medewerkers en nog 6 andere medewerkers. Een fijne, goede werksfeer is voor ons kantoor erg belangrijk. Wij gaan graag een gesprek met jou aan als jij denkt dat deze functie iets voor je kan zijn! Ons kantoor Ons kantoor is middenin het centrum van het mooie, Twentse dorp Borne gelegen op loopafstand van het station. Het kantoor biedt een uitdagende, - zowel een algemene als een specialistische - praktijk, gericht op particuliere cliënten en heeft een moderne en frisse uitstraling. Aandacht voor de cliënten en vakinhoudelijke kwaliteit staan bij ons hoog in het vaandel. In ons team werken wij op een informele en open manier met elkaar samen. De ene notaris is gespecialiseerd in het echtscheidingsrecht, de andere notaris (meer) in het onroerend goed en boedelafwikkeling, de derde notaris in estate planning en de toegevoegd notaris in het ondernemingsrecht. Wat ga je doen als juridisch medewerker? Als juridisch medewerker / klerk op ons kantoor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig behandelen (voorbereiden) van dossiers en heb je zowel telefonisch als fysiek in je eigen dossiers (voor de voorbereiding) cliëntencontact. Belangrijk is dat jouw kennis op niveau is en dat je dit ook uitdraagt naar de rest van het kantoor toe. Uiteraard zijn er binnen en buiten ons kantoor mogelijkheden om je kwaliteiten te onderhouden/uit te breiden door middel van bijvoorbeeld opleidingen en cursussen. Jou...
