Voor ons woonzorgcentrum zoeken we een enthousiaste en betrokken kinesitherapeut die samen met ons multidisciplinair team wil bijdragen aan de mobiliteit, het welzijn en de levenskwaliteit van onze bewoners.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar samenwerking, respect en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan.

Jouw rol:

Als kinesitherapeut speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks welzijn van onze bewoners. Je werkt nauw samen met zorgverleners, paramedici en artsen om een optimale begeleiding te bieden.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van anamnese en kinesitherapeutisch onderzoek op basis van een medisch voorschrift om de mogelijkheden en beperkingen van bewoners in kaart te brengen.
  • Samen met het multidisciplinair team de meest geschikte behandeling bepalen.
  • Opstellen van een kinesitherapeutisch bilan binnen het zorgdossier en de behandeling regelmatig evalueren.
  • Verzorgen van de nodige administratieve opvolging.
  • Deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire overlegmomenten zoals casusbesprekingen en intervisies.
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van collectieve activiteiten zoals gymnastiek ter ondersteuning van de therapie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Master of Science in de revalidatiewetenschappen en kinesitherapie (ervaring met ouderen is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste).
  • Je streeft naar kwaliteitsvolle en warme therapie.
  • Je bent vriendelijk, respectvol en geduldig, en werkt graag met ouderen.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en functioneert goed binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, verantwoordelijk en kan zelfstandig werken.
