Ben jij een warme, zelfstandige nanny die graag mee zorgt voor structuur in een druk maar gezellig gezinsleven? Voor een fijn gezin in Gent centrum zoeken we een nanny die graag een vertrouwde plek inneemt in het dagelijkse leven van drie kinderen.

Het gezin bestaat uit Louis (bijna 14 jaar), Justine (11 jaar) en Mathis (7 jaar). Elk kind heeft zijn eigen karakter, interesses en ritme, wat zorgt voor een afwisselende job waarin je echt een band kunt opbouwen met de kinderen. Louis is rustig en verantwoordelijk en kan bij huiswerk en leren soms wat extra ondersteuning gebruiken rond aandacht, planning en concentratie. Justine is een sterke persoonlijkheid die wat tijd nodig heeft om iemand te leren kennen, maar daarna haar warme en sociale karakter laat zien. Mathis is de jongste, een actieve en creatieve kapoen met een sterke eigen wil.

De ouders zoeken iemand die de verschillende karakters kan omarmen, rust en structuur brengt en tegelijk warm en flexibel is. Iemand die graag met de kinderen bezig is, maar het ook fijn vindt om het gezin praktisch te ondersteunen.

Wat ga je doen als nanny in dit gezin?

Je hebt een heel gevarieerd takenpakket waar enerzijds de zorg voor de kinderen voorop staat en dit verder aangevuld met lichte huishoudelijke taken.

  • de kinderen ophalen van school
  • de kinderen begeleiden naar hun hobby's en activiteiten
  • structuur en rust brengen na een drukke schooldag
  • helpen bij huiswerk, planning en organisatie
  • gezonde tussendoortjes en eenvoudige maaltijden voorzien
  • de kinderen begeleiden tijdens hun dagelijkse routine
  • inspelen op de verschillende behoeften en karakters van de kinderen
  • licht huishoudelijk werk opnemen dat aansluit bij de zorg voor de kinderen

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • ervaring heeft met kinderen van verschillende leeftijden
  • geduldig, consequent en liefdevol is
  • structuur kan bieden zonder streng of autoritair te zijn
  • zich comfortabel voelt bij kinderen met een sterke persoonlijkheid
  • zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar is
  • kennis of ervaring heeft met ADHD is een meerwaarde.
  • vlot Nederlands spreekt
  • beschikt over een rijbewijs en eigen wagen (op maandag -en donderdagavond)
  • zich comfortabel voelt met een bakfiets in het centrum van Gent
