RDV Kids is een flexibele kinderopvang met drie locaties in Spijkenisse. Voor ons nieuwe, kleinschalige kinderdagverblijf zijn wij op zoek naar enthousiaste pedagogisch medewerkers die onze visie delen: kinderen een veilige, liefdevolle en stimulerende omgeving bieden waarin zij zich op hun eigen manier kunnen ontwikkelen. Heb jij een hart voor kinderen, werk je graag in een betrokken team en wil je bijdragen aan de groei en ontwikkeling van ieder kind? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Wat ga je doen? Als pedagogisch medewerker bij RDV Kids zorg je iedere dag voor een fijne speel- en leeromgeving. Je begeleidt kinderen, stimuleert hun ontwikkeling en biedt structuur, veiligheid en persoonlijke aandacht. Je bedenkt passende activiteiten, ondersteunt kinderen in hun zelfstandigheid en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich gezien en gehoord voelen. Daarnaast lever je vanuit jouw pedagogische kennis een actieve bijdrage aan ons pedagogisch beleid en de dagelijkse kwaliteit van onze opvang. Wat vragen wij van jou? Wij zoeken iemand die: - Minimaal 18 jaar oud is - De Nederlandse taal goed beheerst in woord en geschrift - Een afgeronde relevante opleiding heeft op minimaal MBO-3 niveau - Kennis heeft van pedagogiek en de ontwikkeling van kinderen - Positief, flexibel en betrouwbaar is - Bereid is om op verschillende tijden te werken, bijvoorbeeld overdag, in de avond of in het weekend - Betrokken is bij kinderen, ouders en collega's - In de omgeving van Spijkenisse woont - Computervaardig is en bekend is met digitaal werken en sociale media Heb jij passie voor kinderopvang en vind je het belangrijk dat kinderen zich veilig, vertrouwd en vrij voelen om te groeien?
