Maar we kunnen je bijvoorbeeld ook adviseren of het slim is om een erfenis te accepteren, die minder lucratief is dan het lijkt. Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste receptionist(e)/notarieel medewerker! Als receptionist(e) ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, cliënten, adviseurs, makelaars en relaties. Je zorgt voor een gastvrije ontvangst, ondersteunt bij administratieve werkzaamheden en draagt bij aan een representatieve en klantvriendelijke omgeving aan de receptie. De functie is afwisselend en combineert receptietaken met secretariële en notariële werkzaamheden. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • het ontvangen en vriendelijk te woord staan van bezoekers, cliënten en relaties; • verzorgen van koffie/thee tijdens besprekingen of aktepasseringen; • aannemen, beantwoorden en doorverbinden van inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails; • beheren van agenda's en plannen van afspraken; • het inboeken en aanmaken van nieuwe dossiers; • administratieve afhandeling van dossiers; en • alle bijkomende secretariële werkzaamheden. Wat zoeken wij in onze nieuwe collega? Wij zoeken een enthousiaste collega met belangstelling voor het notariaat, die: • representatief en communicatief vaardig is en precies weet hoe je cliënten te woord staat; • snel kan schakelen, stressbestendig, accuraat en collegiaal is; • minimaal 3 dagen per week beschikbaar is, maar liefst meer dagen; • bij voorkeur ervaring heeft binnen het notariaat, maar ook zonder ervaring ben je van harte welkom.
