Jobid=596494949160329980 (0.0503) De organisatie: Voor mijn klant ben ik op zoek naar een enthousiaste Skilled Servicedesk Medewerker die wil werken in een dynamische en informele IT-omgeving. Deze ICT-dienstverlener ondersteunt MKB-klanten met complete IT-oplossingen. Of het nu gaat om ICT-beheer, cloud werkplekken of telefonie: zij zorgen dat alles werkt. Veilig, betrouwbaar en voor een vast bedrag per maand. Geen verrassingen, geen gedoe. Gewoon zorgeloos samenwerken. Met ongeveer 80 collega's verdeeld over meerdere teams, elk met een eigen leidinggevende, werk je in een structuur waarin samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan. Werken in teamverband betekent hier ook écht samenwerken: je kunt sparren met andere IT-professionals, waardoor je jezelf sneller ontwikkelt én samen tot betere oplossingen komt. Binnen de organisatie heerst een open en informele sfeer waarin werkplezier en professionaliteit hand in hand gaan. Voor wie wil doorgroeien liggen er volop kansen, bijvoorbeeld richting systeembeheer of consultancy. De functie: In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met technische vragen of problemen. Je behandelt supportverzoeken telefonisch, per e-mail en via het ticketsysteem en zorgt ervoor dat storingen en verzoeken snel en klantvriendelijk worden opgelost. Je werkt nauw samen met je eigen team voor een vaste groep klanten. Dat zorgt niet alleen voor een sterke band met klanten, maar ook voor waardevolle samenwerking met collega's. Doordat je dagelijks schakelt met andere IT-professionals, leer je veel en kun je bij complexe vragen altijd even sparren. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van de IT-ondersteuning.
