Geen dag is hetzelfde: Je bied warme en persoonlijke verzorging aan onze bewoners, waarbij er bij een andere bewoner de insteek is om een bewoner te motiveren om deel te nemen aan een (groeps)activiteit en/of dagbesteding. Je combineert verzorgende handelingen, zoals ADL-zorg en verpleegtechnische handelingen, met begeleidende taken. Denk hierbij aan het stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid, het bieden van een luisterend oor en het ondersteunen bij dagelijkse activiteiten. Je beweegt moeiteloos mee met de behoeften van de cliënt en het team. Je werkplek Werken bij Cavent betekent persoonlijk werk met eigen inbreng en zelfstandigheid. Maar ook werkplezier en ruimte voor je eigen ontwikkeling. Samen bouwen we aan de best mogelijke zorg. Werken in de flexpool geeft ruimte om je diensten in te vullen vanuit je eigen werk- en privébalans, maar zorgt ook voor een piekbelasting door bijvoorbeeld ad hoc diensten en/of inval in de vakantieperiodes. De flexpoolmedewerker wordt gewaardeerd door de collega's, springt in op het moment dat je van betekenis bent voor zowel het team als de bewoners.
