Met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring hebben we een sterke reputatie opgebouwd in het produceren van hoogwaardige klant specifieke producten. Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste werkvoorbereider en programmeur die ons team kan komen versterken. Snel een vast contract werkvoorbereider Bedrijfsprofiel: XXL op het hoogste niveau! Daar staan ze bij Den Oudsten om bekend. Of, zoals ze het zelf noemen: 'de grootste én de beste!''. Met twee van de langste lasersnijmachines van Nederland (tot 60 meter!)) én de grootste profielwals van Europa verleggen zij de grenzen van metaalbewerking. Met inmiddels 20.000 m² aan productiehallen blijven ze groeien en is dit jaar zelfs hun vijfde productiehal opgeleverd! Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste werkvoorbereider en CAD CAM Programmeur die ons team kan komen versterken. Functieomschrijving: Jij controleert de aangeleverde tekeningen, maakt ze compleet en zorgt dat alles klopt voordat het naar de werkvloer gaat. Het gaat om uiteenlopende plaatwerkdelen, van eenvoudige platen tot complexe gezette of producten. Je werkt met CAD software AutoCAD en Inventor en zet de tekeningen zo op dat de operators op de lasersnijmachines, kantbanken en profielwals er direct mee aan de slag kunnen. Zij programmeren hun machines zelf op de werkvloer. Naast het plaatwerk bereid je ook opdrachten voor de buislasermachines voor. Daarbij kijk je of de tekeningen maakbaar zijn en pas je ze aan als dat nodig is. Terwijl de operators bij de plaatbewerkingsmachines zelf programmeren, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het programmeren van de 2 buislasers. Met ArTube, de CAD/CAM-programmeersoftware van de BLM-machines, bepaal je hoe de onderdelen gesneden moeten worden en programmeer je de mac...
