Wat ga je doen We kennen bij MetMaya de 'Entree', met twee belangrijke taken. - Verwijzers en samenwerkingspartners kunnen adviseren en zorgen dat zij ons kunnen consulteren. - Kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen zo goed mogelijk ontvangen. Zodat zij die hulp krijgen die nodig is. Een kind, jongere of het gezin komt na een verwijzing bij MetMaya binnen bij de Entree. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat we zo snel als mogelijk én zo passend als mogelijk de hulp organiseren. Als Entree Coördinator ben je de inhoudelijke spil in het aanmeldproces. Je beoordeelt hulpvragen, denkt mee met verwijzers en zorgt dat kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Omdat geen enkele aanmelding hetzelfde is, vraagt deze functie om maatwerk, inhoudelijke scherpte en goede samenwerking. Wat is de Entree? Bij MetMaya zeggen we: ieder kind, elke jongere en elk gezin verdient dezelfde aandacht en focus. Het moet niet uitmaken in welke gemeente de jeugdige of het gezin woont. Om dit mogelijk te maken, hebben alle MetMaya teams een eigen Entree. Deze bestaat uit coördinatoren die servicegericht zorgen voor de ontvangst. Dit zorgt voor uniformiteit aan de voordeur. En omdat deze collega's goed op de hoogte zijn van de gemeente of wijk waarin ze werken, sluiten we op deze manier ook aan bij de 'couleur locale'. De Entree is de verbindende schakel tussen verwijzers, gezinnen, gemeenten en de behandelteams van MetMaya. Hier worden hulpvragen zorgvuldig beoordeeld, wordt inhoudelijk meegedacht en wordt de basis gelegd voor passende aanvullende specialistische jeugdhulp.
