Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie als 1 Entwickler_in für Chemieprodukte Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenständiges Bearbeiten von Produktenwicklungsprojekten

* Abklärung von Produktanforderungen mit dem Produktmanagement

* Recherchearbeit zu Mitbewerberprodukten, Literatur und Lieferanteninformationen

* Erarbeitung von Rezepturkonzepten und Verifizierung sowie Validierung derselben

* Bewertung der kaufmännischen Parameter von Rezepturkonzepten

* Dokumentation von Entwicklungsergebnissen

* Begleitung der Überleitung von Rezepturen in den großtechnischen Maßstab

Ihr Profil:

* Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Uni, ...) oder fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung chemischer Produkte

* Wille zur Beschäftigung mit neuen KI-gestützten Möglichkeiten zur Unterstützung der Entwicklungsarbeit

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständiges, genaues Arbeiten

* Teambereitschaft
