Du entwickelst und verbesserst interne Tools, mit denen unsere Teams effizienter arbeiten. Dabei bist du nicht nur Programmierer:in, sondern Mitgestalter:in unserer Tool-Landschaft.

Deine Tätigkeiten

* Du entwickelst neue Tools und verbesserst bestehende, z. B. für

- Auswertung von Flugtestdaten

- Modellbildung und Simulation

- Anbindung an Build-Server

- Automatisierung und Scripting

* Du schaust dir bestehende Tools an, verstehst sie und machst sie besser

* Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und setzt sie gemeinsam mit den Entwicklerteams um

* Du planst und entwickelst eigenständig und achtest darauf, dass deine Lösungen langfristig wartbar sind

* Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, besonders mit der IT

* Du unterstützt Anwender:innen und sorgst dafür, dass die Tools stabil und zuverlässig laufen

Dein Profil

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in C++ und Python, sowie Erfahrung mit Linux und Scripting

* Erfahrung mit technischen Tools, idealerweise in daten- oder modellgetriebenen Projekten

* Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, denkst mit und findest eigenständig Lösungen

* Du kannst deine Ideen verständlich erklären und arbeitest gern im Team

* Du hast Lust, nicht nur Code zu schreiben, sondern unsere Tool-Welt aktiv mitzugestalten

Für diese Position bieten wir ein marktkonformes Gehalt, das sich an deiner konkreten Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert und individuell mit dir vereinbart wird.

Gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben geben wir das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt an: Dieses beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag für das Metallgewerbe € 2.727,40 brutto pro Monat.

Selbstverständlich besteht eine klare Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung - das tatsächliche Gehalt kann je nach Erfahrung, Qualifikation und Verantwortungsbereich deutlich über diesem Mindestbetrag liegen.
