Zurzeit sind in der IGW Unternehmensgruppe ca. 100 Mitarbeiter/innen tätig. Zum Leistungsspektrum gehört die Planung, Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Dokumentation, Qualitätsmanagement und Einkauf. Wir suchen im Raum Innsbruck ab sofort einen

Entwicklungsingenieur Exterieur (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben: du-

- entwickelst und verantwortest komplexe Baugruppen im Bereich Automotive Exterieur vom ersten Konzept bis zur Serienreife - übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für definierte Komponenten und stellst die Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen sicher - koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Entwicklungspartnern und externen Lieferanten - erstellst, pflegst und steuerst technische Dokumentationen sowie Entwicklungsunterlagen unter Berücksichtigung von Normen, Gesetzen und Kundenanforderungen - betreust die Produktstruktur im PLM-System und unterstützt bei der Pflege von Entwicklungsstücklisten - begleitest Änderungsprozesse und bewertest technische Auswirkungen auf Kosten, Termine und Qualität - analysierst Musterteile, Vorserien- und Serienteile und leitest gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab - unterstützt bei der Reifegradabsicherung, Fehleranalyse und nachhaltigen Problemlösung - wirkst bei Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, Lessons Learned und präventiver Qualitätsplanung mit - unterstützt bei technischen Entscheidungen innerhalb des Entwicklungsprozesses

Dein Profil: du-

- hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, Kunststofftechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung - bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Automotive-Produktentwicklung, Komponentenentwicklung oder Baugruppenbetreuung mit - verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung im Bereich Fahrzeugexterieur und Serienentwicklung - besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für Entwicklungsprozesse, Änderungsmanagement und technische Dokumentation - hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit PLM-Systemen und gängigen Entwicklungsmethoden - arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert - überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams - verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
