Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Reutte, Österreich mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet. 1 Entwicklungsingenieur:in Metallurgische Prozessentwicklung Ihre Aufgaben:

Treiben Sie innovative metallurgische Prozesse für WC-Co-Hartmetalle voran und begleiten Sie deren Weg von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Serieneinsatz.

* Leiten und Steuern von Entwicklungsprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung metallurgischer Prozesse für WC-Co-Hartmetalle

* Konzipieren, Durchführen und Bewerten von Versuchsreihen zur Optimierung von Werkstoff- und Prozesseigenschaften sowie Überführen von Entwicklungsergebnissen in robuste, wirtschaftliche und qualitätsgesicherte Serienprozesse

* Fachliche Unterstützung der Produktionslinien bei komplexen metallurgischen Fragestellungen

* Identifizieren und Realisieren von Optimierungspotenzialen durch datenbasierte Analysen und Digitalisierungsinitiativen

* Übernehmen einer fachlichen Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion und internationalen Standorten zur nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung metallurgischer Prozesse

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Werkstoffwissenschaften, Metallurgie, Materialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Werkstoff- oder Prozessentwicklung

* Fundierte Expertise in der Pulvermetallurgie und Sintertechnik sowie tiefgehendes Verständnis der Wechselwirkungen zwischen Prozessführung, Gefügeentwicklung und Werkstoffeigenschaften

* Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz in einem komplexen technischen Umfeld

* Sicheres Auftreten, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen und beruflicher Weiterentwicklung
