Wir suchen 1 Entwicklungstechniker_in Kunststoffe - Fokus Flammschutz (m/w/d) Vollzeit

IHR VIELSEITIGES AUFGABENGEBIET

* Entwicklung nachhaltiger und innovativer Anwendungen von Kunststoffen und Recyclingtechnologien im Rahmen unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie

* Entwicklung neuer Masterbatch Produkte mit Schwerpunkten im Bereich Flammschutzmittel

* Laufende Beschäftigung mit Produkten für die Kreislaufwirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Recyceln von Kunststoffen

* Management aller involvierter Tätigkeitsfelder wie Lieferantenkontakte, Rohstoff Management, Weiterentwicklung der Prüftechnik, sowie regelmäßiges Screening des FR Marktes (neue Rohstoffe, Anwendungen, Prüf- und Verarbeitungstechnologien, Patente)

* Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwendungstechnik bei Kundenprojekten, sowie laufende Kooperation mit Produktmanagement und Vertrieb

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Chemie, Kunststofftechnik, oder Werkstoffwissenschaften wünschenswert

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich von Kunststoff Additiven, insbesondere Flammschutzmittel für Thermoplaste

* Erfahrung mit Entwicklungs- und Forschungs-Prozessen im industriellen R&D-Umfeld von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ab Niveau C1 (dem Arbeitsplatz entsprechend)

* Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse von MS Office, sowie gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Prozessdokumentation

* Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude für selbständiges Arbeiten

* Interkulturelle Kompetenz und verhandlungssicheres Auftreten bei Kunden und Lieferanten

* Offenheit für neue Ideen und innovative Lösungsansätze
