Environmental Management & Compliance

  • Ondersteunen van de implementatie en continue verbetering van het ISO14001-milieumanagementsysteem
  • Fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor milieu in nauwe samenwerking met de externe milieudeskundige
  • Opvolgen van milieuwetgeving, vergunningen en interne standaarden
  • Monitoren van emissies, energieverbruik, afvalstromen, watergebruik en chemicaliën
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties, rondgangen en compliance checks op de site
  • Ondersteunen van milieurisicoanalyses en bepalen van significante milieuaspecten
  • Opvolgen van incidenten, non-conformiteiten en corrigerende maatregelen
  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van rapportering en documentatie

ISO Managementsystemen & Audits

  • Ondersteunen van de implementatie en borging van ISO14001 en ISO45001
  • Uitvoeren van interne audits met focus op milieu
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van externe audits
  • Beheren en actualiseren van procedures, registers en documentatie
  • Aanleveren van input voor management reviews en performantieanalyses

Health & Safety Ondersteuning

  • Ondersteunen van de HSE Manager in veiligheidsbeleid en risicobeheer
  • Deelnemen aan incident- en near-miss onderzoeken
  • Mee instaan voor noodplanning en respons bij milieu-incidenten
  • Preventieadviseur niveau II of III (vereist)
  • Bachelor of master in milieuwetenschappen, engineering of gelijkwaardig
  • Minstens 3–5 jaar ervaring in een HSE- of milieurichting binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Ervaring met ISO14001 (en bij voorkeur ISO45001)
  • ISO14001 Internal Auditor certificaat is een sterke troef
  • Grondige kennis van milieuwetgeving en compliance
  • Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Proactieve, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte teamspeler
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en voelt je thuis in een dynamische productieomgeving
  • Met je communicatieve vaardigheden weet je mensen mee te nemen in verbetertrajecten
