Jouw uitdaging

Als End of Line Specialist zorg je ervoor dat onze End of Line-installaties zo efficiënt, betrouwbaar en consistent mogelijk functioneren.

Je analyseert bestaande instellingen, optimaliseert parameterlijsten en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe productreferenties correct worden ingesteld en verder geoptimaliseerd. Daarnaast ontwikkel je duidelijke werkinstructies en deel je jouw technische kennis met operatoren en techniekers.

Met jouw expertise draag je rechtstreeks bij aan betere prestaties en een stabiel productieproces.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opstellen en standaardiseren van parameterlijsten voor End of Line-machines per productreferentie en productielijn.
  • Optimaliseren van bestaande parameterlijsten en machine-instellingen.
  • Instellen en finetunen van End of Line-machines voor nieuwe productreferenties.
  • Uitwerken van duidelijke instructies voor efficiënte productwissels (change-overs).
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van operatoren bij omstellingen en het correct bedienen van End of Line-installaties.
  • Ondersteunen van techniekers bij complexe interventies aan End of Line-machines.
  • Analyseren van technische problemen en uitwerken van duurzame oplossingen op basis van procedures, standaarden en best practices.
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbeteringen binnen Productie en Technical Services.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie, waaronder:

  • Technical Services
  • Supply Chain

  • HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

In deze functie draag je actief bij aan onze ambitie van nul arbeidsongevallen en nul niet-conforme producten.

Je:

  • past alle geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits-, milieu-, hygiëne-, gezondheids- en energierichtlijnen toe;
  • meldt onveilige situaties, afwijkingen en technische storingen onmiddellijk;
  • draagt bij aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving;
  • hebt de bevoegdheid om installaties stil te leggen bij ernstig en onmiddellijk gevaar.

Je beschikt over:

  • een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig niveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of productiegerichte richting;
  • minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving;
  • een grondige technische kennis van productie- en automatiseringsinstallaties;
  • kennis van PLC-sturingen, ABB- en/of FANUC-robotica en automatische verpakkingsinstallaties;
  • kennis van installatie-, onderhouds- en herstelmethoden en -technieken;
  • sterke plannings- en organisatorische vaardigheden;
  • een goede kennis van Microsoft Office;
  • een professionele beheersing van het Engels.

Je combineert een sterk technisch inzicht met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

  • proactief en neemt graag initiatief;
  • analytisch en oplossingsgericht;
  • nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • in staat technische informatie op een duidelijke en praktijkgerichte manier over te brengen;
  • sterk in het coachen en motiveren van collega's;
  • flexibel en effectief in een dynamische productieomgeving;
  • gedreven om processen en prestaties continu te verbeteren.
