Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als energieprestatie adviseur. De functie Wat ga je doen? Image Energielabel vaststellen Als Energieprestatie Adviseur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig vaststellen van energielabels van woningen. Je start je werkdag vanuit huis en bekijkt je planning, die zorgvuldig is opgesteld door je collega's op de binnendienst. Vervolgens stap je in de auto van de zaak en rijd je naar je eerste afspraak. Op locatie word je ontvangen door de klant en neem je samen kort de belangrijkste informatie over de woning door. Je brengt de woning van top tot teen in kaart: je meet de hele woning in, inspecteert isolaties en bouwkundige onderdelen en brengt de installaties van de woning in kaart. Je verwerkt gegevens in een software, waarmee het officiële energielabel wordt vastgesteld. Het uitwerken doe je flexibel, bijvoorbeeld gewoon vanuit je eigen huis! Image Ook help je onze klanten met besparen Verduurzamingsadvies Met het opgestelde energielabel is het ook mogelijk klanten te adviseren over verduurzamen van de woning. Jij vindt het leuk om de juiste verbeteringen te adviseren, zodat de klant weet hoe zijn woning energiezuiniger kan worden. Je draagt bij aan de klanttevredenheid en hier haal jij jouw energie uit!
