De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als EPB-Verantwoordelijke:

  • Opvolgen van EPB-dossiers van begin tot einde voor diverse bouwprojecten
  • Voorbereiden van berekeningen en opmaken van startverklaringen
  • Analyseren van technische fiches en adviseren van klanten over energieprestaties
  • Uitvoeren van simulaties tijdens de uitvoering van projecten
  • Opstellen en indienen van EPB-aangiftes op basis van aangeleverde gegevens
  • Onderhouden van rechtstreeks contact met klanten en beantwoorden van technische vragen
  • Opvolgen van verschillende projecten tegelijk met oog voor planning en detail

Onze klant Onze klant is een gespecialiseerd studiebureau actief binnen energieadvies, veiligheidscoördinatie en technische verslaggeving voor bouwprojecten. Zij ondersteunen zowel residentiële als niet-residentiële projecten en werken nauw samen met hun klanten om energie-efficiënte en duurzame oplossingen te realiseren. Wie jij bent als EPB-Verantwoordelijke:

  • Bachelor of master in een bouwkundige of technische richting (bouwkunde, architectuur, energie of gelijkaardig)
  • Eerste ervaring met EPB-berekeningen of EPB-verslaggeving is een plus
  • Kennis van bouwfysische of thermische berekeningen is een troef
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in dossieropvolging
  • Communicatief en klantgericht
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken na een inwerkperiode
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, kennis van SketchUp is een plus
  • Rijbewijs B voor verplaatsingen naar werven en klanten
