En wil je werken aan vraagstukken die direct impact hebben op beleid en praktijk in de publieke gezondheid? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Ruim 500 medewerkers van GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland werken dagelijks aan het beschermen, bewaken en bevorderen van de gezondheid en veiligheid van ruim 325.000 inwoners. Ons werkgebied omvat de gemeenten Edam-Volendam, Landsmeer, Oostzaan, Purmerend, Waterland, Wormerland en Zaanstad. Betrokken, deskundig, proactief en samenwerkend: dat zijn de kernwaarden die richting geven aan ons werk. Het team Je komt terecht in het team Epidemiologie (3 collega's). Met hen werk je nauw samen aan onderzoek en advies op het gebied van publieke gezondheid. Het team maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling Preventie in Beeld. Binnen deze afdeling werken gezondheidsbevorderaars, beleidsadviseurs, projectcoördinatoren samen aan actuele vraagstukken binnen de publieke gezondheidszorg. Door verschillende disciplines te verbinden, kijken we integraal naar gezondheid en preventie in de regio. Wat ga je doen In deze functie ontwikkel je en voer je een regionale monitor rondom psychische kwetsbaarheid en onbegrepen gedrag uit. Deze monitor richt zich op thuiswonende mensen met ernstige woningvervuiling en dakloze EU-migranten. Met deze monitoring breng je verborgen problematiek in beeld en maak je inzichtelijk welke ondersteuningsbehoeften deze doelgroepen hebben. Je combineert kwantitatief en kwalitatief onderzoek om een zo volledig mogelijk beeld te krijgen van de problematiek. Daarmee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan beter onderbouwd beleid en passende ondersteuning voor kwetsbare inwoners.
