Locatie Delft Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Delft. Het team richt zich op de ontwikkeling, kwalificatie en implementatie van procedures en apparatuur voor lassen, niet-destructief onderzoek en veldcoatings binnen maritieme en offshore productieomgevingen. Werken in dit productiebedrijf betekent dat je samenwerkt binnen een multidisciplinair team met korte communicatiekanalen en veel ruimte voor technische ontwikkeling en praktijkgerichte oplossingen. De functie is gesitueerd in Delft en biedt betrokkenheid bij zowel onshore kwalificaties als offshore implementaties en tests. Er is een nadruk op continue verbetering van apparatuur en processen en op veiligheid en kwaliteit. De arbeidsovereenkomst biedt een salaris van €2800 - €4200 per maand en 30 vakantiedagen per jaar. Daarnaast zijn er opleidingsmogelijkheden, een pensioenregeling en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een bedrijfssportregeling en interne activiteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met productie- en kwaliteitscollega's en levert input voor verbeterprojecten en kwalificatieprocessen in een technische productieomgeving die doorgroeimogelijkheden biedt.
