Na een periode als equipment engineer te hebben gewerkt in de windmolen sector, wilde ik wat anders, maar ja wat?? Al heel snel volgde er een persoonlijk kennismakingsgesprek, dit was een lang en uitgebreid gesprek, waar ik een goed gevoel aan overhield. Er werd duidelijk geluisterd en je kon merken dat ze weten wat wij willen en kunnen. Dimitry gaf aan dat het misschien wel even kon duren voordat er een passende vacature beschikbaar zou komen voor mij. Ik had namelijk best wat eisen en voorkeuren. Na een paar maanden kwam Dimitry zoals beloofd weer in de lucht met 2 mogelijk goede en leuke vacatures! Daarna ging het allemaal vrij vlot. Ook werd er goed uitgelegd wat voor soort bedrijven het waren. Ze hebben verbazingwekkend goede contacten met opdrachtgevers die zelf ook uit de zeevaart komen, daardoor ligt je tijdens het sollicitatiegesprek bij het bedrijf al snel op 1 lijn. Walbanen spreekt echt de taal van de zeevarende, daardoor weten zij precies wat jij nodig hebt om die volgende stap te maken. Ja, bij Walbanen zijn de functies in het echt NOG VEEL MOOIER dan de functieomschrijvingen in de vacatures op hun website. De communicatie voor en tussen de sollicitaties door was zeer duidelijk en goed. En daardoor heeft dit dus ook geleid tot een contract. Ik ben zeer tevreden met Walbanen!
