Namens onze opdrachtgever in de haven van Rotterdam, wat een gevestigde, wereldwijde speler op het gebied van containerlogistiek is, zijn wij op zoek naar een accurate Equipment Operations Specialist. In deze rol krijg je direct veel verantwoordelijkheid en stuur je operationele workflows autonoom aan. Wat ga je doen? Als Equipment Operations Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de complete administratieve en operationele afhandeling binnen jouw afdeling. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze dataverwerking en bent de spil tussen klanten, leveranciers en de interne operatie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het verwerken van pre-announcements voor binnenkomende zeeschepen; - Beheren van equipment releases en de bijbehorende administratieve flows; - Beoordelen en afhandelen van drop-off en re-use aanvragen van klanten en transporteurs; - Managen van lege import-redeliveries, off-hire procedures en one-way containerbewegingen; - Controleren en verwerken van inkomende facturen en het oplossen van eventuele prijsverschillen; - Proactief signaleren en oplossen van dagelijkse knelpunten en procesvertragingen; - Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten en leveranciers bij operationele vragen; - Analyseren van workflows en het aandragen van verbetervoorstellen voor de interne procedures.
