The posting

We zoeken een Equipment Project Engineer met een ruime ervaring in het ontwerpen, installeren, testen en in gebruik nemen van nieuwe apparatuur, systemen of proces installaties. Dit voor een langdurig project bij onze klant in de farmaceutische industrie.

Wat doet een Equipment Project Engineer?

  • Levert technische input in het projectteam voor eigen disciplines. Bepalen hoe een installatie of systeem functioneert (operationeel, technisch, compliance)
  • Definieert en documenteert de technische specificaties (Engineering Design Specification, P&ID's, elektrische schema's) in overleg met de Subject Matter Expert
  • Volgt technische normen op en stemt af met de projectleider tijdens ontwerp, constructie en implementatie
  • Volgt de project voortgang en implementatie op om te garanderen dat de werking van de apparatuur conform specificaties is
  • Garandeert voortgang en tools (planning, budgetcontrole, issues, beslissingsmatrix, rapportering, stakeholder management, …) voor eigen scope
  • Houdt toezicht op de werken van de externe partij die bouwt, installeert of test
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren en uitvoeren van engineeringtesten, verificatie en validatie van eigen apparatuur. Definieert de validatiebenadering, creëert testprotocollen voor technische tests, creëert verificatie-en validatiedocumenten, voert tests uit en coördineert het proces in overleg met de Subject Matter Expert. Je documenteert afwijkingen en acties (CAPA's, risicobeoordelingen, CGMP-beoordeling en nieuwe documentversies)
  • Is verantwoordelijk voor de overdracht naar de exploitatie van de apparatuur, levert de documentatie op en sluit het project af. Daarnaast volg je de opstart op om te garanderen dat de installatie werkt conform vooropgestelde specificaties
  • Opleiding - Bachelor/Master in Engineering.
  • Ervaring - Ervaring in het uitvoeren van engineering (Capex) projecten, planning en project coordinatie (MS Project is a plus). Ervaring in de farmaceutische industrie is een plus. (GMP, risico analyses, verificatie & validatie)
  • Skills - Goede documentatie skills. Kwaliteitsgericht. Sterke communicator. Pragmatisch, pro actief en in staat om de leiding te nemen. Zowel zelfstandig werken als aansturen van een projectteam (interne & externe stakeholders) is van belang. Resultaatgericht, hands on en goede probleem oplossende vaardigheden. Neemt ownership.
