Wir suchen erfahrene (Metall)Techniker:innen, die im Bereich Engineering Produktverantwortung übernehmen und Fertigungsstrategien entwickeln. 1 Erfahrene Expert:innen Engineering Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung: entweder im Bereich Konstruktion, Mechanische Fertigung (Zerspanung oder Montage) oder Fügetechnik (WIG-Schweißen/Hochvakuumlöten), kombiniert mit einer etablierten Kompetenz im Projektmanagement. Wenn du umsetzungsstark bist und neben einer kommunikativen Gabe auch noch eine analytische Stärke mitbringst, freuen wir uns über die Zusendung deiner Bewerbungsunterlagen!

Deine Hauptaufgaben

* Technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere anspruchsvollen Kunden in Hightech-Zukunftsbranchen

* Umsetzung neuer und komplexer Produkte in der Angebotsphase

* Technische Betreuung in der Entwurfs- und Konzeptphase

* Ausarbeitung und Koordination zur Erstellung der Fertigungsstrategie inklusive "Make or Buy" Entscheidung

* Enge Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Produktion, Quality, Einkauf, R&D und innerhalb Engineering

* Finale Verantwortung für das Produkt

Deine Ausbildung

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Werkmeister oder Meister in einem technischen Fachgebiet, wie zum Beispiel Maschinenbau, Materialwissenschaften.

* Fachhochschule /Uniabschluss (BSc/MSc) von Vorteil

Deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (Ausbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement von Vorteil)

* Erfahrung im Sondermaschinenbau/Anlagenbau

* Sehr gute Selbstorganisation und generell Organisationstalent

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen

* Fokussierte Einstellung als Optimierungstreiber

* Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise

* Proaktive Persönlichkeit

* Umsetzungs- und willensstarker Charakter (Hands-on)

* Rationale Intelligenz (Auffassungsgabe, Kreativität, Logik)

* Starke:r Teamplayer:in

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens auf Niveau B2
