In unserem Bereich Business Process Solutions (BPS) sind wir Spezialist:innen in Buchhaltung, Bilanzierung, Controlling, Steuerberatung und Personalverrechnung. Du hast bereits wertvolle Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung gesammelt und möchtest deine Karriere in einem internationalen Unternehmen weiterentwickeln?

Was dich erwartet:

* Du wickelst selbstständig Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für klein und mittelständige Unternehmen ab

* Du berätst ganzheitliche zu allen Themen der Personalverrechnung in direktem Kundenkontakt

* Du führst monatliche Auswertungen durch

* Du hast Kontakt zu externen Ansprechpartner:innen (zB ÖGK, Finanzamt)

* Du betreust Lohnabgabenprüfungen

Qualifikationen

* Du verfügst über mind. 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung (vorzugsweise unter Verwendung der Software BMD NTCS und idealerweise auch Sage DPW) sowie eine absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung

* Du hast idealerweise die Arbeitsrechtsprüfung absolviert; falls nicht, bringst du die Motivation und Bereitschaft mit, sie zeitnah nachzuholen - die Ausbildungskosten übernehmen wir

* Du zeichnest dich durch deine Zahlen- und IT-Affinität sowie genaue Arbeitsweise aus

* Du bist eine offene, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit und hast keine Scheu vor direktem Kundenkontakt

* Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Motivation und Durchhaltevermögen mit
