Deine Aufgaben

* Beratung unserer Teilnehmer_innen im Einzel- und Gruppensetting

* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines interdisziplinären Teams

* Konfliktmanagement und Krisenintervention in herausfordernden Situationen

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualifizierungsstrategien

* Aufbau und Pflege regionaler Netzwerke sowie aktive Akquise neuer Partner_innen

* Laufende Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern und Institutionen

* Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Leistungserbringung sowie laufende Weiterentwicklung der Angebotsqualität

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im arbeitsmarktpolitischen Kontext

* Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams

* Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu führen, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln

* Kommunikationsgeschick, Organisationstalent, effizientes Zeitmanagement und Zielorientierung sind deine Stärken

* Hohe Konfliktfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und eine lösungsorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu regionaler Reisetätigkeit, Führerschein B und eigener PKW von Vorteil

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken

Für die Position gilt, bei zumindest zwei Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, ein Mindestgrundgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis von 3.809,63€ (KV BABE, VB 6). Je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten ist die Einstufung in eine höhere Stufe vorgesehen. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Erfahrene_r Berater_in in der Arbeitsmarktpolitik mit Projektleitungsfunktion (Tirol) beträgt 3.809,63 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
