Unser Institut bietet Programme für die berufliche und psychosoziale Rehabilitation, Beratungs- und Betreuungsangebote sowie Qualifizierungen an. Wir richten unsere Angebote an Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen, Adipositas und Behinderung, beruflichem Rehabilitationsbedarf sowie an Arbeitgeber:innen.

Unser multiprofessionelles Team besteht aus Expert:innen aus dem Bereich Psychotherapie, (klinische) Psychologie, Diätologie, Ernährungswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, EDV, Technik.

Zur Erweiterung unseres Team suchen wir ab sofort 1 Erfahrene und initiative Projektleiter:in mit Erfahrung arbeitsmarktpolitischen Kontext

Ihre Aufgaben

* Leitung und Durchführung von Berufsrehabilitations- und Arbeitsintegrations-Projekten mit Jugendlichen, jungen Erwachsenen, Erwachsenen und Frauen

* Projektentwicklung und Erstellung von Projektanträgen, -budgets und Personalplanung

* Führung des Mitarbeiter:innenteams und Auswahl von neuen Mitarbeiter:innen

* Ansprechpartner:in für Förder- und Auftraggeber:innen

* Einsatz zielführender Steuerungsmechanismen im Rahmen Ihrer Ergebnisverantwortung

Voraussetzungen

* Abgeschlossene höhere psychosoziale/pädagogische/wirtschaftliche Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit der obigen Zielgruppe

* Nachweisliche mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Leitungsfunktion mit den obigen Aufgaben

* Berufserfahrung in der Einzelberatung und Training

* Gute Kenntnisse der psychosozialen und arbeitsmarktrelevanten Landschaft

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse inkl. der Office-Anwendungen

* Klare Bereitschaft, operativ selbst mitzuarbeiten

* Freude und Engagement bei Projekten, die zur Lebensverbesserung von Menschen führen

* Loyalität und Identifikation mit dem Unternehmen und den übertragenen Aufgaben

* Sie sind initiativ und tatkräftig, und verfügen über sehr gutes Zeitmanagement

* Sie übernehmen gerne Führungsverantwortung und treffen umsichtig die erforderlichen Entscheidungen, wobei Ihnen Ihr Organisationstalent zugutekommt

* Sie sind in Ihrer Arbeit erfolgsorientiert im Sinne der Ziele der Teilnehmenden, der Fördergeber und Ihrer Arbeitgeberin

* Klare Kommunikation und diplomatisches Geschick sind für Sie kein Widerspruch

* Freude an Teamarbeit und Kooperationsfähigkeit

* Mit einer guten Portion Humor passen Sie hervorragend in unser Team
