Für unseren Kunden in HÖRSCHING suchen wir 1 erfahrenen CAM-Programmierer (m/w/d) Aufgabengebiet:

* Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen für unsere Fräsmaschinen mit "TopSolid CAM"

* Programmierung komplexer Einzelteile und Kleinserien anhand technischer Zeichnungen und 3D Modelle

* Festlegung von Bearbeitungsstrategien, Werkzeugen und Spannmitteln

* Selbständige Arbeitsvorbereitung für die CNC-Fertigung

* Optimierung bestehender Programme hinsichtlich Qualität, Laufzeit und Prozesssicherheit

* Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Fertigungsprozesse und Werkzeuge

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Produktion

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspannungstechnik, Werkzeugbau, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit TopSolid CAM (zwingend Erfoderlich)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der CNC-Fräsprogrammierung, idealerweise im 3- bis 5-Achsbereich

* Sicheres Lesen und verstehen technischer Zeichnungen und CAD-Daten

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit - 4 Tage Woche

Verdienst: mind. 17,66€/Std. Überzahlung möglich
