Zur Erweiterung unseres ExpertInnen Teams im Süden von Linz suchen wir ab sofort 1 ERFAHRENER IT SUPPORT ENGINEER mit Führungsambitionen (w/m/d) DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET:

* Support und Troubleshooting in Windows-Client-Umgebungen, Microsoft 365, AD, etc.

* Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen - remote und vor Ort bei

Kunden in Oberösterreich

* Ansprechperson für Kundenanfragen und technische Probleme im Service Desk

(1st & 2nd Level)

* Abstimmung mit entsprechenden System- und Netzwerkexperten bei komplexeren

Problemstellungen

* Arbeiten mit Ticketsystem und Dokumentation von Lösungen in der Wissensdatenbank

* Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung interner Support-Prozesse

* Optional: Einarbeitung und fachliche Entwicklung von weniger erfahrenen Kollegen und

Lehrlingen im Team (Ausbildung zum/zur Lehrlingsausbildner_in möglich)

DEIN PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Client-Systemen und Microsoft Infrastruktur Produkten

* Service- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kundenorientierung

* Freude an der Wissensvermittlung - erste Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von

Junioren/Lehrlingen von Vorteil oder die Motivation, in diese Rolle hineinzuwachsen

Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Führerschein B und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen bei Kunden vor Ort

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
