Ergotherapeut Organisatie: Driestroom Solliciteren kan tot en met 08 april 2027 Dit ga je doen De werkzaamheden tijdens deze periode van zwangerschapsvervanging zijn gericht op de volwassenzorg. Zowel binnen dagbesteding als op de woonlocaties in de regio Arnhem en Nijmegen. De werkzaamheden zijn gericht op sensorische informatieverwerking, advisering omtrent hulpmiddelen en aanpassingen, advisering omtrent zit- en lighoudingen en fysieke belasting. Daarbij: - lever je met andere disciplines een bijdrage aan de totstandkoming, uitvoering en evaluatie van het begeleidings-/behandelplan; - verricht je observatie, diagnostiek, behandeling en verslaglegging bij fijnmotorische problematiek en zelfredzaamheid en bied je op basis hiervan advisering aan groepsleiding/wettelijk vertegenwoordigers; - heb je veel contact met verschillende adviseurs en leveranciers en stem je adviezen af met groepsleiding/wettelijke vertegenwoordigers. Dit ben jij Je beschikt over een sterk ontwikkeld empathisch vermogen en je kunt schakelen op verschillende niveaus. Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring op het gebied van de gehandicaptenzorg. Je bent bekend met het werken binnen de kaders van de WLZ. Verder beschik je over analytisch inzicht en ben je in staat om te werken binnen een multidisciplinair team. Je bent van nature leergierig en zelfstandig en verdiept je in de ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied en de praktische toepasbaarheid daarvan. Verder: - heb je een afgerond hbo-diploma ergotherapie; - ben je wekelijks 16 uur beschikbaar in de periode van augustus tot en met november 2026; - heb je ervaring op het gebied van ergotherapie binnen de volwassenzorg; - ben je geregistreerd in het kwaliteitsregister Paramedici.
