Jouw rol als Ergotherapeut

Als ergotherapeut kijk je verder dan de beperking. Je ziet de mens, zijn mogelijkheden, interesses en verhaal.

Je begeleidt onze bewoners op een professionele én warme manier en helpt hen om zo zelfstandig, actief en betekenisvol mogelijk te leven.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Een vertrouwensband opbouwen met bewoners en aansluiten bij hun individuele noden, mogelijkheden en wensen.
  • Individuele therapeutische begeleiding plannen, uitvoeren en evalueren, met aandacht voor fysieke, cognitieve en psychosociale mogelijkheden.
  • Zelfstandigheid, participatie en levenskwaliteit stimuleren via betekenisvolle activiteiten en doelgerichte interventies.
  • Therapeutische doelstellingen bepalen en opvolgen in samenwerking met het zorg- en animatieteam.
  • Instaan voor ADL-observaties en begeleiding, MMSE-afnames en opvolging, advies rond hulpmiddelen en positionering.
  • Wanneer de zorgcontinuïteit dit vraagt, ben je bereid om mee ondersteuning te bieden binnen de zorg. Zo blijf je verbonden met de dagelijkse praktijk en met de mensen voor wie we het allemaal doen.
  • Actief meewerken aan projecten en initiatieven binnen Den Boomgaard, afgestemd op jouw talenten en interesses.
