Het team kan niet wachten om met je kennis te maken. Nieuw Unicum is een erkend MS Expertisecentrum. Hier wonen mensen met complexe neurologische aandoeningen, voornamelijk multiple sclerose (MS) maar ook niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH). Je komt te werken binnen de verschillende locaties van Nieuw Unicum. Hier zorgen wij voor - Jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Salaris max. € 5.200,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur (FWG 55). - Eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%) en vakantietoeslag (8%). - 0,23 eurocent per kilometer en gratis parkeren of volledige OV-vergoeding. - 24 uur per week. Het volledige arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket vind je hier! Wat ga je als ergotherapeut bij Nieuw Unicum doen? Als ergotherapeuten richten wij ons met name op; positioneren op het gebied van zit- en lighouding, aanvragen van mobiliteitshulpmiddelen, het verminderen van fysieke belasting, zorgtechnologie/omgevingsbediening, ADL/PDL, (elektrische) rolstoeltraining en sensorische informatieverwerking. Bij alles staat de kwaliteit van leven en zelfstandigheid van de bewoner centraal. Je krijgt als ergotherapeut de ruimte om creatief mee te denken, verschillende mogelijkheden te onderzoeken en uit te proberen, met als doel samen tot de best passende oplossing te komen. Twee mooie voorbeelden uit de praktijk - Een bewoonster kreeg vaak strekspasmen in haar benen waardoor zij niet goed kon slapen en onderuitgezakt in de rolstoel kwam te zitten. De zithouding in de rolstoel is aangepast, er is een aangepast lighoudingsadvies gegeven. Hierdoor zijn de strekspasmes afgenomen waardoor zij een betere nachtrust heeft en minder pi...
