Als ergotherapeut in ons expertisebehandelcentrum geef jij mensen met een beperking en ouderen meer grip op hun dagelijks leven. Jij vergroot hun zelfredzaamheid en welzijn en werkt samen met een deskundig team aan zorg die echt verder kijkt dan de standaard. Wat ga je doen Als ergotherapeut richt je je voornamelijk op de ouderenzorg. Jij zorgt voor het optimaliseren van het functioneren van onze cliënten in het dagelijks leven, met aandacht voor zelfredzaamheid, ontspanning en het bevorderen van de kwaliteit van leven. Daarnaast sta je open om ingezet te worden binnen de doelgroep cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Als ergotherapeut lever je een bijdrage aan diagnostiek en aan het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van behandelplannen. Je rapporteert op basis van observaties en vervolgbehandeling. Ook ben je inhoudelijk betrokken bij het adviseren over en aanvragen van diverse hulpmiddelen. Je neemt deel aan verschillende overlegvormen, waaronder werkoverleg binnen je eigen team en multidisciplinaire overleggen. Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage aan kwaliteitszorg en de profilering van de eigen discipline. Over het expertisebehandelcentrum We bekijken de zorgvraag vanuit meerdere perspectieven, met als doel dat de cliënt zoveel mogelijk op eigen kracht kan blijven deelnemen aan de samenleving. We geven antwoord op vragen over ontwikkeling, gedrag, psychisch welbevinden en sociaal functioneren van kinderen, _ongvolwassenen en ouderen. Onze focus ligt voornamelijk op begeleiding en behandeling van mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en ouderen. Daarnaast bieden we verschillende vormen van ondersteuning, zoals behandeling, individuele- en gezinstherapie, psychosociale begeleiding en gespecialiseerde medische en paramedische begeleiding aan mensen met ouderdomsproblematiek of een beperking. Wij maken moeilijk mogelijk. Wat bieden wij Je komt te werken in de regio Hoorn, op minder dan 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam, Haarlem en Alkmaar; Salaris conform FWG 55

Wat neem je mee Je hebt een hbo-diploma ergotherapie en bent geregistreerd in het Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici; Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep ouderen en bij voorkeur ook affiniteit met de doelgroep VG (mensen met een verstandelijke en/ of lichamelijke beperking); Je bent zelfstandig, ondernemend en werkt graag samen met andere disciplines; Je hebt een flexibele werkhouding en bent op je plek in een dynamische omgeving; ouderenzorg WLZ, VG WLZ en/of eerstelijns ergotherapie (EEE); Een rijbewijs B en de beschikking over een auto.
