Als ergotherapeut in de ouderenzorg verdiep jij je in de mens achter de zorgvraag. Je hebt oog voor het verhaal van de cliënt, omdat je weet dat persoonlijke aandacht het verschil maakt in de kwaliteit van zorg. In jouw werk combineer je vakkennis met creativiteit, flexibiliteit en een zelfstandige werkwijze. Je communiceert helder, neemt initiatief en werkt graag samen binnen een multidisciplinair team. Je behandelt cliënten met uiteenlopende fysieke en cognitieve beperkingen. Door onderzoek, behandeling en begeleiding help je hen hun zelfstandigheid te behouden of te vergroten - met als doel een zo goed mogelijke kwaliteit van leven. Wat ga je doen - Uitvoeren van ergotherapeutisch onderzoek; - Opstellen en uitvoeren van behandelplannen; - Behandelingen gericht op het verbeteren van dagelijkse handelingen; - Adviseren over en aanmeten van hulpmiddelen; - Samenwerken met andere disciplines; - Begeleiden en adviseren van familie en verzorgers; - Rapporteren van voortgang en bevindingen aan verwijzers.
