Onze bewoners van woon- en zorghuis Twee Poorten zoeken een betrokken Ergotherapeut die met hart en ziel wil meewerken aan een warme, kwaliteitsvolle thuis.

Als Ergotherapeut zal je deel uitmaken van een bruisend team dat zorgt voor een inspirerende omgeving voor onze bewoners, elke dag opnieuw.

Wat mag je doen?

  • Je bouwt de ergotherapeutische werking binnen het woonzorgcentrum verder uit en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners zo zelfstandig en actief mogelijk kunnen blijven functioneren.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt activiteiten voor onze bewoners, met aandacht voor hun interesses, mogelijkheden en behoeften.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat ons activiteitenaanbod ook buiten de kantooruren verder kan groeien en bent bereid om hiervoor 2 avonden per week en één op twee weekenden te werken
  • Binnen onze assistentiewoningen starten we met een nieuw project voor mensen met een psychiatrische beperking en een VAPH-statuut. Je neemt de praktische organisatie van dit nieuwe project op jou. Samen met onze psycholoog werk je aan een programma waarin bewoners dagelijks een zinvolle structuur en begeleiding krijgen

Wat breng je mee ?

  • Een gedreven en warme persoonlijkheid, met een hart voor ouderenzorg
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Ergotherapie.
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor mensen en haalt energie uit het creëren van een fijne, actieve en betekenisvolle leefomgeving.
  • Je bent creatief en ondernemend: je ziet kansen, komt met ideeën en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en vindt het leuk om activiteiten en een nieuwe werking van idee tot uitvoering mee op te bouwen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent tegelijk een echte teamspeler en stemt vlot af met collega's en andere disciplines.
  • Je hebt interesse in of affiniteit met mensen met een psychiatrische kwetsbaarheid en/of een VAPH-statuut.
  • Je schrikt niet terug van een uitdaging en krijgt net energie van het mee opstarten en verder uitbouwen van een nieuw project.
  • Ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg, psychiatrie, VAPH of met projectwerking is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw enthousiasme en goesting om ervoor te gaan zijn minstens even belangrijk.
