Ergotherapeut Anna Zorggroep Ergotherapeut - 3.772 - 5.413 Salaris gebaseerd op een fulltime salaris van 40 uur - 24 uur per week Dit ga je doen Je gaat werken in een vakgroep waar persoonlijke aandacht voor de cliënt en kwaliteit van zorg erg belangrijk zijn. De vakgroep bestaat uit zes ergotherapeuten. De behandelaren krijgen ondersteuning van twee praktijkassistenten. Binnen Anna Ouderenzorg krijg je te maken met complexe, meervoudige casuïstiek. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten het onderzoeken van hulpvragen zowel binnen de geriatrische revalidatiezorg als extramuraal. Daarbij speelt de samenwerking binnen de vakgroep, maar bovenal alle betrokkenen rondom de cliënt, een belangrijke rol. Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair team van ongeveer 30 personen, uiteenlopend van de specialist ouderengeneeskunde tot logopedisten. Als ergotherapeut ben je werkzaam binnen de geriatrische revalidatiezorg, psychogeriatrie, somatische zorg, dagbehandeling en eerstelijnszorg. Wat breng je mee? Je bent een deskundige ergotherapeut (inhoudelijk en procesmatig), die proactief is en van aanpakken weet. Binnen de vakgroep stellen we nieuwe ideeën en inspiratie altijd op prijs. Daarbij zoeken we iemand die stressbehendig is. Dat wil zeggen dat je over het talent beschikt om zaken goed in te schatten en je planning in orde te maken, goed te inventariseren en aan de slag te gaan. Je bent assertief, ondernemend en transparant in je communicatie en samenwerking met de vakgroep. Je zoekt naar afstemming en sluit je werkwijze, behandeling en begeleiding aan bij de visie van de vakgroep en Anna Ouderenzorg.
