  • “BBO-TEAM”? Euh … pardon? … een beetje meer uitleg:
  • (*) Het BBO-beleid staat voor een geïntegreerde paramedische zorg waarbij ergo- en kinetherapeuten maximaal samenwerken rond de luiken: ‘bewegen’, ‘beleven’ en ‘ontmoeten’. Zelfs onze muziektherapeut(e) speelt hierin een belangrijke rol met haar muzikale krachten!
  • Ons BBO-beleid is uitgeschreven in een working paper

Wij nemen dit BBO-beleid ernstig en hebben daarom aanzienlijk geïnvesteerd in een zeer aantrekkelijke infrastructuur. Kom dit zelf gerust vaststellen!

U zal de helft van uw arbeidstijd binnen het BBO-kader kunnen werken. De andere helft van uw job time verricht u specifieke individuele therapeutische interventies.

  • Om ons 'fixatiearm beleid' uit te dragen. Als ergotherapeut(e) mobiliseert u de teams om maximaal in te zetten op alternatieven van klassieke fixatie.
  • Elke dag bij te dragen tot de realisatie van de Bewonersbeloften die de omgang met onze bewoners bepalen. Ook voor u als therapeut(e) staat met stip de belofte van “Een warme hand om de schouder” voorop.
  • Onze bewoners, the oldest old met multipathologie, wensen op de eerste plaats ‘zorgzame personen’ te ontmoeten. Deze zorgbeloften zijn concreet omschrijven: “Zet u eens even neer bij een bewoner als hij hier nood aan heeft” is bij ons ook werken Een tedere aanraking voor een bewoner met dementie die verward gebeurt spontaan Je tempo aanpassen aan het ritme van de bewoner geldt als een basishouding Afspraken met de bewoner: “Ik spring straks nog eens binnen”, worden steeds nageleefd De bewoner wordt aangemoedigd om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen omdat dit hun zelfbeeld ten goede komt
  • De nodige deskundigheid. U krijgt de kans u te vormen in de domeinen die het welzijn van onze bewoners ten goede komen.
  • Om maximaal multidisciplinair te werken door noden en beluisterde behoeften van de bewoners te bespreken met uw collega’s
  • Een hecht team van sterk gemotiveerde paramedici die werken vanuit een gedeelde zorgvisie
  • Mogelijkheden tot professionalisering. Onze paramedici worden uitgedaagd om de zorg op te tillen, om stil te staan bij nieuwe ontwikkelingen, om nieuwe inzichten te implementeren.

  • Is er een helder personeelsbeleid dat is vastgelegd in het Respect personeelscharter
  • U beheerst de Nederlandse taal
  • Beschikt over een ergotherapeutisch diploma
