Wegbereiter:in sein

* Ergotherapeutische und ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Patient:innen

* Einbringen der eigenen Fachexpertise und des Know Hows

* Abhalten von vorwiegend Gruppensettings mit Patient:innen mit unterschiedlichen Therapiemethoden

* Vermittlung von Verhaltensstrategien für die Entwicklung einer gesundheitsfördernden Lebensweise

* Fachliche Unterstützung unseres Therapieteams

* Einhaltung der medizinischen Vorgaben im Therapieablauf

* Gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung des Therapieangebots mit dem Team

Mein Profil

Wegerfahrung mitbringen

* Abgeschlossene Ergotherapeut:innenausbildung

* Eintragung ins Register für Gesundheitsberufe in Österreich und bei erfolgter Ausbildung im Ausland zudem eine Anerkennung bzw. Nostrifikation (die Berufszulassung für Österreich wird vorausgesetzt)

* Relevante Berufserfahrung im Rehabilitations- und Gesundheitsbereich (keine Grundvoraussetzung)

* Freude an direkter Arbeit mit Menschen

* Sehr gutes Einfühlungsvermögen und Empathie für individuellen Bedürfnisse

* Eigenverantwortliches arbeiten, sowie Teamplayer:in, Bedürfnis nach Weiterbildung und dem Einsetzen von bereits erlerntem Wissen

Wir besprechen Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt (abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation) gerne mit Ihnen im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs.
