Als Ergotherapeut*in erwartet Sie in der Kinder-Tagesklinik sowie im stationären Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie ein vielseitiges Tätigkeitsfeld mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit pädiatrischen, psychischen und psychosomatischen Fragestellungen.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen die ergotherapeutische Diagnostik und Behandlung mit dem Ziel, Ressourcen und Kompetenzen zu erkennen, Selbstständigkeit und Handlungsfähigkeit zu fördern und eine bestmögliche Teilhabe am Alltag zu ermöglichen.

Sie arbeiten in einem 14-köpfigen Ergotherapie-Team und profitieren von einer wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit sowie einem engen interdisziplinären Austausch mit den beteiligten Berufsgruppen. 1 Ergotherapeut_in für Kinder-Tagesklinik und Kinderpsychiatrie Standort: Wels Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit 18 Std. Dienstbeginn: nach Vereinbarung

Aufgabengebiet:

* ergotherapeutische Befunderhebung, Diagnostik und Therapieplanung

* Durchführung und Evaluation von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien

* Förderung von Selbstständigkeit, Handlungsfähigkeit und Alltagskompetenzen

* Mitwirkung bei Fallbesprechungen und interdisziplinärer Behandlungsplanung

* fachgerechte Dokumentation und Verlaufsbeobachtung

* Beratung und Einbeziehung von Eltern und Bezugspersonen

Anforderungsprofil:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium der Ergotherapie mit entsprechender Berufsberechtigung

* idealerweise Berufserfahrung oder besonderes Interesse im pädiatrischen, psychosozialen oder psychiatrischen Bereich

* Interesse an der Arbeit mit entwicklungsbezogenen und psychischen Störungsbildern

* ausgeprägte Beziehungs-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* wertschätzende, ressourcenorientierte und patientenzentrierte Haltung

* selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterbildung und Weiterentwicklung des ergotherapeutischen Angebots

Gehalt & Benefits

€ 3.456.-€ 3.715.-

Das angegebene Gehalt bezieht sich auf die Mindestentlohnung lt. Kollektivvertrag auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung, abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
