(26/09/WPB) Gestalten Sie mit uns eine soziale Zukunft Intensiver Kund:innenkontakt im Rahmen von ergotherapeutischen Gruppentrainings eingebettet in ein interdisziplinäres Team - das zeichnet die Tätigkeit der:des Ergotherapeut:in im Tageszentrum aus.

* Sie planen eigenverantwortlich therapeutische Maßnahmen insbesondere auf den Gebieten der Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention * Sie trainieren mit unseren Senior:innen deren Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens und führen Groß- und Kleingruppen zu verschiedenen Themen durch (Kort.X, Feinmotorik, Gedächtnis, Gleichgewicht, Sturzprophylaxe) * Sie dokumentieren Ihre Maßnahmen in einem digitalen Pflege- und Betreuungsdokumentationssystem * Sie unterstützen unsere Kund:innen bei der An- und Abreise, beim Mittagessen sowie beim Gebrauch von Hilfsmitteln * Sie beteiligen sich aktiv bei der Durchführung von Festen (z.B. Oster-, Sommerfest) * Sie tauschen sich regelmäßig im multiprofessionellen Team (DGKP, PA, Seniorenanimation etc.) zum Wohle der Kund:innen aus * Sie begleiten und leiten Praktikant:innen, Schüler:innen und Zivildienstleistende zielgerichtet, organisiert und strukturiert an

Setzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten wirksam ein * Sie haben die Akademie bzw. Fachhochschule für die Ausbildung zur Ergotherapie absolviert und sind im Gesundheitsberuferegister eingetragen * Sie legen großen Wert darauf, in Ihrer Tätigkeit eigene kreative Schwerpunkte umzusetzen * "Leben in gewohnter Umgebung unabhängig vom Alter" - das ist Ihnen persönlich wichtig, denn Sie wollen dazu beitragen, dass Menschen so lange wie möglich selbstbestimmt leben können * Kommunikationsfreude und Empathie - Sie lieben den direkten Kontakt mit älteren Menschen, erfreuen sich an glücklichen Momenten mit den Kund:innen, interessieren sich für ihre Lebensgeschichte und können sie zum Mitmachen motivieren

Gehalt: regelmäßiges Entgelt gemäß KV-Schema II: Einstufung nach dem Kollektivvertrag des Fonds Soziales Wien von € 1.711,14 - € 1.891,85 Monatsbrutto (20 Wochenstunden, 14-mal jährlich) und jährliche leistungsabhängige Prämie gem. Kollektivvertrag des Fonds Soziales Wien.
