Lees dan verder! Wat ga je doen als Ergotherapeut bij Basalt? Als ergotherapeut onderzoek, behandel en begeleid je patiënten in een multidisciplinair team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de patiënt weer eigenaar kan worden over zijn of haar eigen leven, door te kijken welke dagelijkse handelingen deze nog wél zelfstandig uit kan voeren. Wij zoeken een collega voor zorgeenheid 3. Hier word je onderdeel van het poliklinische behandelteam, waarbij je werkt met volwassen patiënten die behandeld worden voor niet aangeboren hersenletsel. Daarnaast zijn er enkele uren in te vullen voor het poliklinisch team van de hartrevalidatie binnen zorgeenheid 1. We werken team overstijgend en vragen van alle medewerkers een flexibele inzet. Dit betekent dat je, wanneer de situatie hierom vraagt, zowel klinisch als poliklinisch inzetbaar bent en flexibel schakelt tussen verschillende doelgroepen. Je kunt hierbij denken aan deze werkzaamheden: - Je werkt intensief samen in een specialistisch interdisciplinair behandelteam; - Je analyseert samen met de patiënt problemen op het gebied van ADL, verplaatsen, huishouden, wonen, werken en vrijetijdsbesteding; - Je zoekt samen met de patiënt naar de best passende oplossingen om het dagelijks handelen te verbeteren; - Je begeleidt de patiënt bij het opbouwen van zijn dagelijkse activiteiten; - Je ondersteunt de patiënt bij het hervinden va...
