Je zet methodieken zoals ADL, PDL, ROT en reminiscentie doelgericht in om bewoners dagelijks te ondersteunen, te versterken en hun welzijn te bevorderen. Je moedigt hen aan om deel te nemen aan activiteiten die plezier en energie brengen en zorgen voor waardevolle momenten.

Door écht te luisteren, ontdek je wat bewoners gelukkig maakt en waar hun behoeften liggen op het vlak van ontspanning, vrije tijd en verbondenheid. Je organiseert zowel individuele als groepsactiviteiten die mooie herinneringen creëren en tegelijk talenten, interesses en sociale contacten stimuleren.

Vanuit de zes rollen van de begeleider wonen en leven draag je bij aan een warme, huiselijke omgeving waarin bewoners zich gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen.

Eén dag per week neem je het dagverzorgingscentrum onder je hoede. Je creëert er een fijne plek waar ontmoeting, zorg en levenskwaliteit hand in hand gaan.

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma Ergotherapie en zet jouw expertise graag in om het verschil te maken voor ouderen.

  • Je luistert met oprechte aandacht, bouwt makkelijk vertrouwen op en haalt energie uit het werken met ouderen.
