Bij Kupa Immo zijn we de vastgoedontzorgers. We verzorgen de commercialisatie van bedrijfsmatig vastgoed: KMO-units, semi-industriële gebouwen, gebouwen op maat (Build-to-Suit), retail en kantoren. Onze klantgerichte aanpak en extra service maken het verschil – we ontzorgen onze klanten van A tot Z, bij zowel verkoop als verhuur.

We zijn een bedrijf in volle groei en ontwikkeling, en we zoeken iemand die mee dit avontuur wil aangaan.

Functieomschrijving:

Als ervaren vastgoedmakelaar versterk je ons team op zelfstandige basis. Je werkt mee aan de verkoop én verhuur van bedrijfsmatig vastgoed binnen een dynamische en groeiende omgeving. Je staat in nauw contact met eigenaars, kopers en huurders en bouwt mee aan duurzame klantrelaties.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Prospectie en acquisitie van nieuwe panden en klanten in de bedrijfsmatige vastgoedmarkt
  • Begeleiden van klanten doorheen het volledige verkoop- en verhuurtraject
  • Onderhandelen tussen kopers/huurders en eigenaars tot finale deal
  • Opvolgen van dossiers en zorgen voor een correcte juridische en administratieve afhandeling
  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van een professioneel netwerk binnen de sector
  • Adviseren van klanten op maat van hun behoeften en doelstellingen
  • Werken met ons CRM-systeem en zorgen voor nauwkeurige opvolging van leads en dossiers
  • Je bent een erkende vastgoedmakelaar met een geldig BIV-nummer.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen bedrijfsmatig vastgoed.
  • Je bent tweetalig Nederlands–Frans (beide talen vlot in woord en geschrift).
  • Je hebt kennis van CRM-software en de gangbare Office-tools (o.a. Outlook).
  • Je beschikt over juridische basiskennis relevant voor het vastgoeddomein.
  • Een diploma is geen vereiste – je BIV-erkenning en relevante ervaring zijn doorslaggevend.
  • Je bent een joviale en gedreven teamplayer die graag bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar weet dat samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen het team de sleutel zijn tot succes.
