Als Salesforce en Certinia partner werken we samen met onze klanten aan het implementeren en optimaliseren van slimme IT oplossingen op het force.com platform. Door zaken slimmer in te richten kunnen medewerkers doen waar ze goed in zijn en wat ze leuk vinden. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat de resultaten worden behaald.

Je wilt groeien in je vak en verschil maken bij klanten. Als ERP Consultant werk je met Certinia op het Salesforce-platform. Je helpt organisaties hun financiële en operationele processen te stroomlijnen. Steeds vaker doe je dat met AI. Met Agentforce zet je slimme agents in die werk uit handen nemen en teams sneller laten schakelen. Zo creëer je rust in de operatie en zicht op resultaten.

Taken Financiële processen stroomlijnen

In deze rol zal je meedenken met de klant om Certinia optimaal in te richten en nieuwe features te implementeren om zo de financiële processen te stroomlijnen. Ook zorg je voor een optimaal gebruik van Certinia door het onderhouden van de klantrelatie en het geven van trainingen aan eindgebruikers. Kortom, een veelzijdige baan met veel afwisseling en leuke projecten.

Wat je gaat doen

- Je brengt functionele en technische eisen in kaart voor Certinia oplossingen.

- Je analyseert financiële en bedrijfsprocessen en vertaalt die naar een werkende inrichting.

- Je implementeert nieuwe features en begeleidt acceptatie en uitrol.

- Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en zet die om in concrete projecten.

- Je faciliteert workshops en traint key users en eindgebruikers. Je borgt adoptie en onderhoudt de relatie met je klanten.

Vereisten

- Je hebt een hbo of wo achtergrond in Finance & Control, Bedrijfskunde of Accounting.

- Je neemt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring mee in een adviesrol of een soortgelijke rol binnen een bedrijfsmatige omgeving.

- Je hebt affiniteit met cloudsoftware en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving.
